J.P. Morgan Securities Services is a premier securities servicing provider that helps institutional investors, alternative asset managers, broker dealers and equity issuers optimize efficiency, mitigate risk and enhance revenue. The team leverages the firm's global scale, leading technology and deep industry expertise to service investments around the world.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Perform post-execution trade support, including but not limited to trade booking, matching and trade lifecycle management
  • Direct oversight of the production of the investment book of record for clients
  • Day to day support of client portfolio managers, traders and middle office
  • Critical intersystem reconciliation to ensure all trades are correctly represented from trade capture through to settlement and involvement in productivity & efficiency initiatives including systems UAT
  • Management of trade exceptions to resolution by working effectively with internal and external parties
  • Daily, weekly & monthly control checks & reporting

To be successful you will need:
  • Undergraduate Degree in Commerce, Economics or Finance along with 3+ years trade support work experience supporting front office personnel
  • Good understanding of financial products including, cash equities, bonds, derivatives and FX
  • Attention to detail, good analytical and problem solving skills along with a s ervice delivery mentality / client focused mindset
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, being r esults driven, and pro-active
  • Proficiency in Excel, ability to pick-up systems very quickly and to take initiative and work independently
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills along with t rack record in partnering with business and other support functions
