What does the role involve?

Working within the Customer Onboarding space and reporting to the Onboarding Program Manager, the position supports the operational output of the Onboarding Program Management Office.

The Onboarding Program Management Office work closely with the different teams under the Customer Onboarding structure, and is responsible to provide program management oversight – including but not limited to establishing working framework, processes and template, compliance monitoring and general support – across the customer onboarding group, real-time visibility of customer onboarding work-in-flight.

  • Work closely with the teams under Customer Onboarding to provide program management support
  • Work closely with the wider Business Government & International group to provide sales support and onboarding advice
  • Work closely with Product and Innovation to standardise product onboarding processes for introduction of new product onboarding into the Customer Onboarding work stream
  • Actively contribute as SME to different enterprise-level projects and programs that directly – or indirectly – impact Customer Onboarding processes
  • Utilise advanced analytical skills to evaluate, on a quantitative and/or qualitative basis, the effectiveness of the programs in meeting established goals and measures
What are we looking for?

We’re looking for candidates with experience in the management of large and complex customers with a strong understanding of the end-to-end onboarding process.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with existing Sales Representatives to ensure all parties engage in achieving a ‘win-win’ for both customer and Australia Post
  • Ability to drive process improvement and optimisation
  • Lead and manage the performance and development of direct employees
  • Drive a customer focus/centric culture
  • Act as a role model in line with group values
  • Enablement skills
  • Highly capable of driving Governance and compliance within wider teams, to ensure process improvements and reducing revenue leakage
