Sentinel Wealth is a growing financial planning practice and we are getting more new clients than ever before. We are independent and privately owned, have our own AFSL and are a fee-for-service practice. We have developed the market leading Seantos Process which has been designed to provide a combination of deep emotional financial discovery and rigorous planning.

As our business is rapidly expanding, an opportunity for an experienced client services manager has arisen to provide support to our advisers.

The role:

This position will require the new team member to take on the responsibilities of:

  • Assisting senior advisers in providing superior financial planning services and advice to HNW clients
  • Implementing recommendations made to clients, related administration tasks and follow through
  • Liaising with clients, other advisers and service providers so as to ensure high client retention rates
  • Completing written Records of Advice, Statements of Advice, technical calculations and financial modelling
  • Processing client applications, lodgements and various administration duties as required by clients

About you:

The successful applicant will have:

  • Appropriate Diploma or Degree qualifications in Financial Planning
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role
  • Superior time management and organisational skills
  • Attention to and an eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Current experience using COIN or other financial planning software
