About the role

We are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our vibrant sales and client services team and contribute towards our ongoing growth and successful market presence. 

The primary purpose of the role is to ensure that the sales consultant calendars are accurately booked and client bookings are confirmed in time.


Main Duties:

  • Conducting outbound client confirmation calls
  • Ensuring the delivery of a quality customer experience throughout all transactions
  • Ensuring in-house consultants calendars are booked according to scheduled appointments
  • Providing timely support to the client services team
  • Ensuring clients are given excellent service and advice at all touchpoints.
  • Ensuring contracts are executed accurately in a timely fashion
  • Ensuring database is accurate and up to date at all times.
  • Generating weekly and monthly reports for the sales team

To be successful in this role you need to possess:

  • A people focus with a desire to assist and help others to succeed
  • Experience in Hubspot
  • Strong learning agility 
  • Excellent communication skills, organisation skills, time management and presentation
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Knowledge of real estate, property and finance markets (advantage)
  • Outstanding follow up and administration skills


You will be required to undergo a regular Police Check whilst working with Reventon
