Australian Executor Trustees has been providing wealth management and Trustee services to Australians for over 130 years. Today we offer specialist services through our two core businesses: estate and trustee services and superannuation.

IOOF are a strong and resilient business. It is in this context that we are looking for a motivated Administrator to join our Client and Process division in Adelaide.

The Role

We work in a team of collaborative people in a fast-paced environment, we are continuously growing, and we’re looking for likeminded colleagues who can deliver what matters to our clients.

If there’s one thing you need to be able to do to excel in this role, it’s the ability to multi-task. You will be responsible for figuring out how you work most efficiently and effectively. Also, don’t ever be afraid of asking questions or asking for help - we’ve all got your back.

This role offers a mixture of client administrative tasks across a range of financial services including Self-Managed Superannuation Funds and Investment portfolios. Luckily for us, we understand the importance of variation in our day which keeps us all challenged.

Due to Covid-19 our team has been successfully working a mix of in the office and home. We’ve got the technology to stay in touch with our colleagues and to ensure you get the support you need when you start. Regular Zoom and Skype catch ups are the new norm.

Key Responsibilities:
Client administration across a range of financial services including SMSF, Small APRA Funds & Philanthropic Trusts
Responding to client demands via phone, email and in person
Building & maintaining relationships with our network of Financial Advisers

What you will bring:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
A mature, proactive, and can-do attitude
A strong focus on client satisfaction and the ability to achieve desired outcomes
Previous administration, customer service, reception or contact centre experience is preferred
An attention to detail
Innovative ideas
Conversational skills
