How will I help?

The BB Product Pricing & Performance team is responsible for ensuring that BB optimises its performance through various levers including pricing, balance sheet management and the use of data. You will be a key member of the BB Pricing and Performance team and aim to increase the performance of the Business Bank via optimising the way that BB uses its data.

You willdetermine and deliver on opportunities to deliver value added solutions to customers using the data that we hold and define desired customer experience to meet differentiated customer value proposition for your target product proposition to drive improved performance in sales and customer experience.

You will ensure relevant knowledge is retained by being responsible for the development and maintenance of any technical product data-management information and that governance is in place around pricing decisions made in the Business Division including supporting the data ownership requirements on the Business Bank.

What do I need?

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, accounting, commerce or related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in applying problem solving methodologies and developing business strategies and business cases
  • Data analytics techniques using Alteryx, SQL and data visualisation tools, in internal or external performance management, product management, or analytics
  • Extensive experience in data warehousing, scripting, and coding
  • Experience with P&L Management
  • Subject matter expertise, including external market knowledge, needed to underpin decision-making for the portfolio, strategy and relevant product development
  • Knowledge of the legal, compliance and regulatory framework of the products, including risk
