What’s the role?

We are looking for an experienced Client Service Officer to join our Operations team who is committed to providing a truly excellent experience to our clients. Your role will involve providing client support over the phone and taking ownership for resolving enquiries effectively.


Experience in a customer contact centre in the superannuation and/or investments sectors is essential.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be working in an in-bound contact centre environment responding to client queries relating to superannuation, managed funds, insurance products and our platform product. This will include clients from dealer groups, financial advisors and retail clients. You are responsible for providing timely solutions to these tickets and be comfortable working real time on the phone to resolve questions as well as via email or Zendesk chat.

What’s important to our clients is what’s important to us, so you must be committed to delivering across a number of areas to meet our clients’ needs and able to add value to the client relationship by exceeding their expectations.

You’ll also be liaising with our other Investment Administration and Platform Administration teams for specialist client support queries as needed. In this highly regulated environment, you play a critical role in ensuring risk and compliance obligations are met.

What you’ll need

You’ll need to have min 2+ years of customer service experience in a similar investments or superannuation contact centre environment.

The successful candidate will be energised by resolving questions and supporting clients through outstanding phone interaction and will also have a proven ability to pick up new technology and systems quickly.

The ideal candidate will have superannuation or managed funds experience, with a knowledge of insurance products and familiarity with platform products and wrap services. You must show strong written and verbal communication skills, and the energy and positivity to deliver to a high standard every time. You will maximise your success by quickly building strong relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external clients.
