Job Description

How will I help?
As a Change Manager, you will play a key role in help strengthening the Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention team. You will do this by providing change guidance, insights and monitoring to deliver greater efficiencies, drive simplification, minimise the financial impact of fraud and financial crime thus enhancing the overall customer experience. There will be a strong focus on assessing risks, execution and driving implementation of change and you will need to have the ability to work independently across multiple diverse initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Assess the prevailing environment, scope and define the change to ensure outcomes and expected change benefits are clearly articulated and that agreed work is aligned to the overall project/initiative.
  • Develop, manage and deliver the change plan for FCFP to deliver the agreed capabilities and realise the business benefits within agreed scope, time and budget within the operational model.
  • Develop and manage stakeholder expectations and engagement including definition of roles and responsibilities as they relate to the change; ensure they remain engaged and committed throughout the change.

What do I need?
A strong candidate will bring significant experience as a change practitioner within the financial services (ideally financial crime) industry. A proven track record of delivering change initiatives in a complex, fast paced environment. You will have a strong understanding of technology and business systems (strategical and operational), paired with good working knowledge of project management disciplines. You will develop trusted business partnerships that allow you to influence and develop effective working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
