As a Manager in our Risk Consulting, Governance Risk and Compliance team your impact will be seen by:

  • Working in teams that advise clients on appropriate risk, compliance, regulatory and governance frameworks and processes.
  • Developing strategies for clients to respond or adapt to regulatory changes or enforcements arising from business diversification, acquisition or legislative changes.
  • Working in a team to design and implement key business processes to meet risk and regulatory requirements.
  • Working with others in the team to help build an inclusive and positive working environment.
  • Be involved in coaching and mentoring of junior staff members
  • Working with Risk Partners, Directors and Managers in our Sydney/Melbourne practice


About you
 

You have a background in governance, risk, regulatory or complianceand:
  • Show an ability to think commercially with a business focus and to contribute to engagement delivery, practice development and thought leadership
  • Have a client mindset and ability to anticipate client needs as well as identifying opportunities where we can support the client in executing their strategies
  • Communicate with impact – you’re able to build relationships effectively with internal and external clients
  • Have good team leadership attributes with the ability to lead, coach and a passion to drive career development for team members

Previous experience within Financial Services or regulatory background would be beneficial in this role, as you’ll be working with top tier Financial Services brands.
