The Opportunity


Due to an exciting growth phase, Centric is seeking an Executive Operations Coordinator to join our Investment Platform. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to join our Sydney team.


The Executive Operations Coordinator is critical to the success of Centric’s transformation activity, driving the coordination of our regular meeting structure, regular meeting rhythm and operational responsibilities including coordination of client, risk and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate the Executive Team regular meetings and maintain key pieces of software including Confluence, Power BI and jira.
  • Take the minutes and follow up deliverables of team members during group team meetings.
  • Coordinate communication of key messages to the leaders with the assistance of the Executive Team.
  • Compile documents, presentations and reports (when required).
  • Travel bookings for the Executive Team (if required).
  • Utilise Power BI to highlight the status of client transitions in team meetings
  • Communicate proactively to key stakeholders including (but not limited to), the coordination of client meetings, and quarterly Division updates.
  • Manage relationships across the Group, building strong engagement and ability to include key stakeholders.


We are seeking someone with the following skills and experience:


  • 3 + years’ experience in a Client Services or Support role
  • Experience within financial services or a professional services background
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Strong relationship & stakeholder management skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Positive, proactive & result oriented
  • Collaborative team player
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Represent Findex/Centric in a professional manner & in accordance with the key behaviours when liaising with internal and external stakeholders
