Full Job Description
Support the Business Banking teams and provide a seamless end to end process for our business lending customers banking needs.
How will I help?

The purpose of this position is to support the Business Banking teams and provide a seamless end to end process for our business lending customers banking needs. The role will be based Melbourne but also benefits from the ability to combine on-site and working from home arrangements after training. These roles will be offered as max term contracts.

As a Business Lending Team Member, you will focus on the delivery of quality output, following Westpac protocol, policies and procedures while completing functional lending activities.

What do I need?
You will have experience working within the banking and finance sector and/or a relevant a fast-paced business environment. Previous exposure to lending and credit will be highly desirable. You’ll be able to communicate clearly and confidently with customers and stakeholders, fostering great relationships and providing service that can really exceed their expectations. Adapting to our changing workplace will come easily to you.

In additional the below requirements will be also be highly regarded:

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

This role will require a commitment to attend training on site for a minimum of 8 weeks. After training the role benefits from the ability to combine home and office based work
