About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, Group Services this role will be responsible for understanding the financial impacts of the BOQ ME integration for the various Group Services business units (Group Technology, Group Risk, People & Culture, Product, Customer and Finance, Transformation and Operations).

This will include:

  • Managing FTE and financial impact analysis
  • Creating forecast for FTE and other associated business unit costs
  • Providing financial reports to stakeholders (Group Executive/General Managers) on relevant impacts
  • Providing a quality and timely service to the relevant Group Service areas in respect to performance reporting, commentaries, decision support, financial planning, forecasting and budgetary control, as relevant to the ME integration.
  • Building and maintaining strong partnership with various stakeholders across the Bank. Ensuring a strong and effective relationship with Group Finance for reporting and projects.
  • Ensuring overall productivity and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.

About You

Suitable candidates will possess:

  • CPA / ICAA qualifications with prior experience within financial services
  • Experience in integration activities would be an advantageous
  • Experience with cost / benefit modelling
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and high growth environment
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with robust attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel and proven analytical skills are essential
  • Advanced written, presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with and influence key stakeholders and cross functional support teams
