  • Leading a team that is responsible for onboarding new clients and updating the content of PDS, Information Memoranda (IMs) and TMDs for existing funds in line with stated review timetables or out of cycle changes in response to regulatory changes.
  • Spearhead the blending of all direct reports to ensure the entire team is capable of onboarding, managing scheme amendments and facilitating the updating of PDS, IMs and TMDs
  • Ensure the successful on board of new clients from the initial fee mandate to negotiation / execution of all documents relating to the establishment of new schemes / trusts and contractual arrangements along with overseeing and coordinating the subsequent approval processes, including reporting to the relevant subsidiary Boards where required
  • Coordination and manage the end to end process of the review and updating of PDS, IMs and TMDs.
  • Ensure that scheme amendments are executed in accordance with stated policies and procedures
  • Ensure that Perpetual is protected from a legal and compliance perspective whilst achieving an efficient and supportive experience for the client.

What You Will Need To Succeed

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
  • Degree qualified in commerce, law, economics, accounting or finance
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Financial Services, with exposure to funds management
  • Detailed knowledge of the regulations pertaining to the operation of wholesale trustee structures investing in real assets
  • Experience in the Australian funds management industry, specifically with respect to ASIC and ASX requirements for the establishment of new registered retail funds would be looked upon
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Effectively build and maintain trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a drive for technical knowledge. Demonstrate a passion and pride in delivering successful outcomes.
  • Ability to coach and support others -members of team and wider firm. Ability to project a positive and professional representation of the firm at all times.
