About The Role

This role involves designing, developing and delivering Microservices for multiple channels to interact. Ability to digest complex orchestration of numerous systems while adhering to stringent performance guidelines.

Essential Skills

As a Chapter Lead, you will bring domain knowledge or deep expertise on a specific topic and develop this expertise and T-shaped capability in your chapter members.

Along with Product Owners and coaches, Chapter Leads care for and nurture the growth of their chapter members to ensure they are inspired by a sense of purpose and are continually building their mastery and autonomy. Chapter Leads are not full-time managers, they work as a squad member for 60% of their time and manage people (across squads) for 40% of their time.
    • Microservices with Spring Boot
    • Spring Framework
    • Strong Core Java Skills
    • Good knowledge in GoLang
    • Hands on experience in developing/migrating applications to cloud
    • Junit, Mockito, Power Mockito, Spock Framework, Sonar, Wiremock, mountebank
    • Good knowledge of CICD pipeline, Jenkins, Bamboo, Gradle, Maven
    • Open API, Swagger
    • PL SQL and Strong Relational DB concepts
    • Oracle DB fundamentals
    • Design Patterns
    • Very Strong in GIT flows


Relevant Experiences
    • Strong experience in projects with Rest APIs
    • Highly experienced in creating Rest API specifications
    • Expert in debugging and troubleshoot complex applications
    • Mastery in core JAVA with relevant experience.
    • Strong experience in projected executed using agile methodologies.
    • Mobile/Digital Banking project experience


Desired Skills
    • Python, Ruby
    • POSTMAN
    • WAS and Tomcat
    • Non-relational DBs
    • Open Shift.
    • Tools- Splunk, Dynatrace, Checkmarx, New relic
