Deloitte Restructuring is Australia’s leading fully integrated national practice providing insolvency, contingency planning, financial restructuring and turnaround advisory services to businesses, capital providers and the public sector. We advise companies across all industry sectors and business sizes.

What will your typical day look like?
As an Associate Director in our restructuring team, you will be responsible for managing teams on complex formal and informal insolvency engagements including voluntary administrations, liquidations, receiverships, and contingency planning.

About The Team

We are a national business supporting management, owners, lenders, creditors and other stakeholders of companies facing financial distress. We provide strategic, commercial and financial expertise to assess options for stakeholders to maximise their positions either through an informal restructure, formal insolvency restructure or using insolvency processes to protect value and stakeholder positions. Our team works across the private and listed markets with deep relationships across legal, banking and alternate financier networks locally and globally.

You are someone with:
  • University degree in business or related subject
  • CA/CPA/ACA/ACCA/ARITA qualified
  • 8+ years corporate insolvency experience within a mid-tier, Big 4 or specialist insolvency firm
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Common sense and analytical approach to problem solving
