Your new role

The Relationship Advisor is responsible for acquiring customer outcomes and leads that achieve business growth. The role is also responsible for advocating the Bank’s core values and to deliver an exceptional customer experience that is aligned to Total Customer solution, whilst achieving individual performance targets that contribute towards the overall performance across a number of key performance measures including, but not limited to: member satisfaction, member engagement, sales, business growth, and operational compliance as outlined in the Business Unit Budgets and Plan.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Role models a strong customer focus, preferably with retail experience
  • Ability to multi-task, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
  • Proactive, shows initiative
  • Active user and promoter of technology
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
