Retail Lending Operations supports home loan processing nationally including the production, fulfilment and maintenance of home loans across three key functions: document fulfilment, loan fulfilment and loan services.

Our Document Fulfilment and Settlement team is responsible for the generation and settlement of home loan applications on behalf of our customers and our stakeholders. We are highly focussed on providing customer with exceptional service and quality outcomes.

We have a number of 12 month contract roles available at our Ann Street office.

Your Impact

Your contribution would include:
Helping customers achieve their dreams of purchasing their first property or supporting with the construction of new properties

Being a highly motivated member of the team with self-starter skills and can take accountability when working alone

Being skilled in Certifying Home Loan applications in line with responsible lending criteria

Exceptional time management skills and Exceptional customer service skills (Internal and External to CBA)

More specifically your main duties will include:
Providing superior levels of internal and external customer service by responding to, managing and resolving customer and stakeholder enquiries, complaints and issues

Undertaking investigations in respect to customer requests and/or as a result of transactional or exception based issues

Applying sound risk management practices by identifying and responding to business risks

Processing transactions within agreed turnaround times and consistent accuracy in a high volume environment

We're interested in hearing from people who have:
Prior experience in a product or process environment or extensive customer service experience (including retail or hospitality leaders)

Exposure to the lending process would be highly advantageous (but not essential)

Able to work in a contact centre environment, including dealing with a high volume of calls, working with a call recording system and structured break times.
