The Opportunity
IOOF is one of Australia’s leading Wealth Management organisations, undertaking a rapid and exciting transformation. We are a strong and resilient business and despite the current difficult Covid related climate, are investing in supporting our people to onboard and connect them remotely to ensure their safety and wellbeing are paramount. It is in this context that we are looking for a Customer Solutions Specialist to join our Client First Team at IOOF.
The Role
We believe in putting power in the hands of our staff who interact directly with our clients and advisers. In this role, you will be constantly encouraged to challenge the process, think from our client's perspective and try new ways to deliver what truly matters to our clients. The primary purpose of the role is to:
  • Be the first point of contact for our clients and financial advisers regarding the IOOF suite of investment and superannuation products.
  • Understand our clients’ needs and deliver end to end solutions.
  • Actively contribute to team learning and improving our services

This is no easy feat! Especially in the current environment. Due to Covid-19 our team had been successfully working from home. You will have the flexibility to work from home and our CBD office. We’ve got the technology to stay in touch with our colleagues and to ensure you get the support you need when you start.
Our Team
Teamwork and collaboration are at the core of how we work. We are a multi-skilled team which manages our clients’ demands from end to end. Our structure is flat which gives all team members an equal opportunity to not only influence decisions directly, but to also improve how we work.
What You Bring
  • Experience in a customer service or fund admin role within wealth management or financial services will be preferred
  • Good knowledge of superannuation and investments is desirable.
  • Interest in using data to drive customer driven decision making
  • Outstanding conversational skills
  • A strong ability to self-direct, self-learn and question the way things are done.
  • The maturity to collaborate with a team to make decisions as a team opposed to a leader making the decision for you.

It would be great if you have:
  • RG146 certification or a Diploma in Financial Planning
