Role Summary:
Expressions of Interest
AW139 Captain and Co-Pilot
Fixed Base – Nowra, NSW

CHC Helicopters has been invited to provide a proposal for additional headcount to our current crew in Nowra, NSW. As a result, expressions of interest are invited from all suitably qualified and experienced Pilots to be considered for the position of AW139 Captain and Co-Pilot. These positions are fixed based in Nowra with some touring as required by CHC.

Suitable applicants will require the following minimum qualifications and experience:

AW139 Captain Criteria

AW139 Co-pilot Criteria

  • ATPL (H)

  • CPL (H)

  • Valid IR-C-ME(H)

  • Total hours(H) 1500

  • 3,000 hrs helicopter

  • PIC(H) 750

  • 2,000 hrs PIC helicopter

  • Type (AW139) - Desirable

  • 1000 hrs PIC ME helicopter

  • Helicopter Instrument Rating

  • 100 hrs PIC AW139

Other criteria:
  • Low Flying approval
  • Sling Load endorsement
  • NVIS Rating
  • Night VFR Rating
  • SAR and EMS flying experience
  • Winch endorsement (with relevant winching experience) is desirable
