The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to provide analytical, change management, technology and delivery expertise to support the business in evaluating both physical and digital land-related assets including investment and growth potential, new ways of working including flexible and shared operations, valuations of brick-and-mortar and click-and-mortar developments, re-use of spaces driven by digital engagement, and consideration of how the land-market will change alongside the broader digital economy.

This role works closely across all parts of the business to provide specialist skills to assess, advise, direct and support physical and digital investment value and property portfolio strategy.

Key Tasks

  • Preparation of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Provide advice and support to Operatives to manage change and transaction execution
  • Attend client meetings and advise on portfolio strategy, commercial asset valuation and early adoption strategies
  • Providing technical property information, digital and analytics for the preparation of marketing material
  • Provide support to the team with respect to research, market analysis and financial analysis, including bespoke scenario modelling to support strategic forecasting
  • Prepare cash flows and projections
  • Undertake financial analysis
  • Reconcile asset accounts
  • Collect, collate relevant data on target physical and digital assets, tenants and clients.
  • Review and assess assets and provide valuation advice
  • Drive change management, adoption of value-added solutions and ensure contribution of innovative projects to asset value
  • Identify and disseminate knowledge pertaining to emerging trends and technologies within the property sector
  • Manage Protech projects, rollout and change management to drive adoption of new solutions
  • Capture requirements and create documentation, wireframes and other assets to help turn property processes into new Proptech solutions
Who are we looking for?
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property and Financial Analysis/ Valuations
  • At least 5 years property industry experience
  • Knowledge of the property industry, and capacity to provide credible property market opinions & forecasts
  • Proficient in use of property specific software programs and business modelling
  • Advanced knowledge of computer packages e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
  • Understanding of physical and digital valuation and asset value improvement process
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, work autonomously, be highly organised, think critically and be willing to challenge existing ideas
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Confident and well presented
  • Attentive to detail
  • Creative mindset for effective problem solving
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
  • Focused on deliverables and client satisfaction
