Privasec is looking for smart professional with experience in cyber security professional services to support it growth. As Pre-Sales Specialist, you will leverage your skills to assist clients and scope/design solutions that meet their needs and will remain your clients’ point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure a superb client experience.

The duties of the ICT Cybersecurity Pre Sales Specialist are:

  • Assist existing and potential clients to assess their cyber security needs, current maturity and how Privasec can help their meet their cyber security challenges.
  • Architect a cyber security solution based on Privasec’s services and capability to best meet client’s needs and document these in a proposed statement of work to client.
  • Organise and lead scoping calls with clients to identify their technical requirements.
  • Liaise with SMEs in our delivery teams to discuss scope of works and client requirements, when required for specific services and/or for more complex scope of works.
  • Create Work Breakdown Structures and project plans when required to provide assurance to clients within their scope of work.
  • Liaise with the Privasec PMO and Engagement Managers to transition approved scope of works into delivery, making sure the entire delivery team for your projects scoping notes, SME, requirement and your scope of works.
  • Regularly liaise with client through the delivery of their project to measure progress, client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Be available to technical and business escalations from the client as required.
  • Review deliverable to client to ensure that they are fit for purpose and present these deliverables answering questions from client, supported when required by the report authors and SME.
  • Measure client satisfaction as the outset of projects and proposed cyber security solutions as next steps when appropriate.
  • Liaise with the client as an ongoing matter outside of project delivery to offer cybersecurity advise/opinions and discuss their current and upcoming requirements.
