About The Role

Role Location- 75 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205

Role Type- Permanent

Shift Schedule- Full-time, 40hrs/week

The Team Leader role is responsible for a team of Customer Service Consultants (CSC's), ensuring their level of skill and knowledge allows them to provide spectacular customer service in line with "world's best practice". The role is primarily responsible for a number of Customer Resolution deliverables, which includes- customer service, management of a team, and overall staff satisfaction.

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following-
  • Demonstrates a detailed level of understanding of the financial services industry, regulatory requirements and the financial needs and financial solutions relevant to customers
  • Prior team leadership/leadership experience with proven strong leadership, coaching & people management skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong results focus/orientation and demonstrated time management skills with the demonstrated ability to analyse and implement small change management processes
  • Solid understanding of bank systems, products, policies, procedures and services including sound knowledge of Maude, V+ and CTM, Word, Excel and email
  • Demonstrated problem solving & lateral thinking skills with the ability to make recommendations and suggest solutions to problems & issues
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to consult & liaise with internal & external stakeholders
