The Role

Reporting to the Financial Analysis and Control - EPMO, you will be required to work closely with platform PMO’s to ensure the accurate reporting of project status using the PPM tool and development of required tools and methodology templates.

Key responsibilities will include:
Administer project governance forums including reading materials, ensuring the successful delivery of these forums.
Prepare monthly presentation packs providing portfolio health updates to the Board.
Act as a trusted partner to platform PMO’s and have a detailed understanding of all Group projects aiding portfolio governance.
Play a critical role in developing a best practice project governance model for Australian Unity.

This role will oversee the continual development and structuring of the PPM tool including the development of templates and required project documentation and maintaining the central repository of project artefacts. This role requires strong customer and partner stakeholder management. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced work environment and demonstrate an ability to quickly come up to speed with differing platform and functional needs and strategies.

To be successful in this role you will have:
Relevant EPMO experience ideally in a large and complex organisation.
Competent MO suite capability and computer literacy. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in use of SharePoint will be an advantage however not a deal-breaker.
Demonstrated document management and project coordination skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to cultivate productive and effective working relationships.
Demonstrated ability to complete tasks to tight deadlines and the flexibility to handle constantly changing priorities.
Ability to work methodically with strong attention to detail.
