We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Paraplanner to work with our progressive national Paraplanning team.

The Role

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior Paraplanner.

• Xplan and XTools+ experience is essential.

• RG146 essential.

• Completion of ADFS and tertiary qualification in a related discipline.

• Completion of an accredited SMSF course an advantage.

• Assist in the development of complex and comprehensive strategies.

• Knowledge of various tax structures and preparation of multiple entity SoA’s.

• Experience in coaching and mentoring other team members.

• Be willing to engage in a team focused environment.

Other areas of expertise will include:

• Ability to identify and document a range of strategies in a compliant, personalised and tailored format.

• Providing added value by collaborating with Advisors in the formulation of appropriate strategies for the client.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills both oral and written.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a pressure environment and demonstrate an aptitude for problem solving.

• Excellent planning, workflow management and organisational skills.

• Diligent with attention to detail and time management skills.

• Ability to accept constructive feedback from peers – team members and Advisors.

• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel, Outlook.
