You will be joining the MacCap Financial Operations team who ensure operational aspects of MacCap’s financial management are appropriately addressed and managed. You will be guided by several experienced finance professionals, gaining experience across a wide range of areas. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about a market leading business within a stable & successful team you’ll be proud to say you work for. 

This role will suit a recent graduate who can think laterally and work through complex problems in a dynamic, innovative and supportive environment. It would be highly advantageous if you have gained some relevant work or internship experience in a function within the finance industry.

You will provide support to senior team members focusing on, but not limited to, the following areas:

  • asset and portfolio operational management, reporting and insight
  • working with MacCap BORM to ensure compliance with MacCap policies and procedures
  • managing projects relating to operations of the Principal business, including technology and solutions
  • all aspects of capital and funding across the global MacCap business
  • coordination of MacCap’s external results reporting

The ideal candidate will hold a tertiary degree in Finance, Banking or Accounting, along with a positive attitude and strong achievement drive. In addition to:

  • be generous with your knowledge, time, and feedback
