Your new role
As a Client Exits Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Client Exits Cases that are received via various NAB teams including Financial Crime Operations, Customer Compliance, KYC or other business units.
  • Working on complex cases in an efficient and accurate manner in accordance with NAB’s policies and procedures.
  • Liaising with Key Stakeholders to ensure instructions, inquiries and queries, are acted on efficiently and effectively
  • Responding to individual requests for personal information held by NAB in line with the Privacy Act
  • Managing risk in ensuring compliance with legislation, internal policies, procedures & deadlines
  • This is an initial 12-month temporary position with on-going potential. Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm on an hourly rate of $37.33 per hour plus super.
  • Training will be provided.

    Due to the on-going nature of this role, you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in financial services or banking (highly regarded)
  • Knowledge of AML/Counter Terrorism Financing /Fraud (preferable)
  • Experience in process execution
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good internal and external stakeholder management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
