ow will I help?A

s a Control Assessor, you will be responsible for completing the Control Self Assessment (CSA) on HOS controls that are rated Very High and High as well as Prudential and Sarbannes Oxley (Sox) controls. Their work will promote and drive a strong risk and controls culture that optimises risk/reward and therefore helps achieve business objectives. Whilst continually raising standards and facilitating a strong risk and compliance culture that embodies our ethics and integrity, balancing regulatory, commercial, and client needs.T

he Control Assessor ensures key controls are designed effectively to mitigate operational risks and adhere to compliance obligations. In addition, you will ensure policies, procedures and procedures are adhered to.W

  • nderstanding of Australian Banking Compliance and Regulatory awarenessK
  • nowledge and application of compliance and legislative requirementsU
  • nderstanding of customer mortgage lending lifecycle and processesM
  • inimum of 2 years’ experience in Home Ownership ServicesU
  • nderstanding of the Control Self Assessment processP
  • rofessional Qualifications – Certificate in Financial Services (desired)
