It is in this context that we are looking for an experienced Product Analystto join our Distribution Team.



The Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management - Mastertrust you will primarily be responsible for managing the production and distribution of investment related information for a large suite of investment and superannuation products. You will also assist the OneAnswer product team in relation to various product management tasks.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Working cooperatively, effectively and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders to produce accurate and timely investment and or regulatory reports on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Monitoring investment related customer enquiries and data requests via the Research Reporting inbox and respond in a timely manner on a daily basis
  • Assist in preparation of customer and adviser communications
  • Assist in preparation of Product Disclosure Statements
  • Playing a key part in the ongoing support to the Mastertrust product team as necessary.
  • Pro-actively managing and resolve 'roadblocks', escalate where appropriate to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ensure client and adviser data is accurate & fit for purpose for the respective client and adviser communication



To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:

  • Advanced level of excel skills and the ability to read and write complex formulas
  • A good understanding of investment concepts such as investment returns, asset allocations and market indices
  • Strong analytical skills and an interest in interpreting data
  • Great attention to detail and strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Can work autonomously on moderate complexity tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Being able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Can clearly represent consolidated findings
