About The Role

Role Location- 839 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

Role Type- Permanent - Full Time

As a member of the Strategy, Enablement and Learning team, you will contribute to supporting the Group Compliance in execution of business administration enablement services through effective management of expenditure, employee movements, governance and co-ordination of investment spend initiatives, action key people priorities, ongoing contract management with strategic vendors and ad-hoc activities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following-
  • Proven experience in building strong, open and collaborative working relationships with teams and different levels of stakeholders in a high paced diverse environment
  • Highly motivated with positive attitude and results oriented growth mindset
  • Expert at co-ordination, forward planning and achieving varied outcomes in tight timeframes
  • Relevant experience in generalist business administration roles or senior management consultant level with generalist all-rounder skills, (within a Risk/Compliance/Financial Crime environment is a bonus)
  • The ability to influence others in order to achieve objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in an ambiguous environment, create focus and enough certainty to deliver and succeed
  • Be able to challenge yourself, collaborate with others, accept feedback, grow and be ready for a future that is constantly changing
  • Proven analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong written and verbal skills
