About The Role

Role Location- 839 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

Role Type- Permanent

As a Communications Analyst within Group Compliance, you will be part of the team responsible for communicating key messages internally to our team of approx. 600+ employees, and to audiences across ANZ. Our team is the control tower for communications on topics including financial crime and other compliance/regulatory risks, and we support the business through the development and delivery of key messages.

Reporting to the Communications Manager, Group Compliance, your key role will be supporting the development of communications by copywriting, proofreading and editing messages from stakeholders across our business, ensuring they meet all governance standards before delivering them in a timely manner. In addition, you will produce animated videos using tools such as Vyond and Camtasia, support the logistics coordination of some events and manage our inbox as the first point of contact for communications requests.

Our team is collaborative, diverse and committed to delivering impactful, engaging solutions for our stakeholders. While we are primarily looking for a confident Communications Analyst with 1-2 years’ relevant experience, the remit of our team is varied and we expect that you are adaptable, take initiative and will support various activities as required. About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following-
  • Relevant experience in a Communications or similar role (within a Risk/Compliance/Financial Crime environment is a bonus)
  • Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Office suite with strong administrative skills
  • Exposure to video editing tools including Vyond and Camtasia (desired but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the confidence to engage various stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Curiosity to seek the appropriate solution to business needs
  • Amazing attention to detail, good time management skills and demonstrated ability to juggle priorities
  • Be able to challenge yourself, collaborate with others, accept feedback, grow and be ready for a future that is constantly changing
