You will be joining a supportive team with excellent career progression Position will suit someone who is driven and enthusiastic This role with play a key part in our Cyber business The Opportunity: As a senior consultant you will be involved in leading projects that better inform client cyber security and cyber insurance decision making. This includes deploying cyber data analytics to calculate financial exposures from cyber threats and model the optimal prioritization and investment in risk mitigation strategies Key responsibilities will include: Build business relationships within and outside Aon to identify and execute sales opportunities Take accountability for project budgets and client deliverables Develop thought leadership and deliver industry presentations and papers Continue to improve the solutions and professional practice of the team Lead a portfolio of client engagements across US Coaching team members through sharing of insight and knowledge Understanding and anticipating client needs based on a strong understanding About you: This position will suit someone with the following experience: Significant cyber risk management experience within multiple industry verticals Breadth of consulting experience that includes: Enterprise Risk Management Operational Risk Management Cyber Risk Financial Modelling and Analysis Cybersecurity Assessments and Roadmaps Crisis Management and Business Continuity Planning Holds/Ability to hold Security Check level clearance Strong sales experience in a consulting environment Experience of developing bids/tender documentation Evidence of working with senior stakeholders to develop and execute sales opportunities Excellent interpersonal skills Experience of developing and managing positive client relationships Comfort leading delivery team on complex assignments Technical qualification such as CISA, CISSP, CIPP, GIAC, GCIH, GSEC or equivalent preferred Strong knowledge of EU GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulatory frameworks About Us: We’re a team of authentic and smart individuals focused on providing exceptional value to our clients and our local communities.
