Job Description

How will I help?

Westpac Group’s purpose is Helping Australians Succeed – it’s what we do, who we are and why we come to work every day. In this role you will play an essential part in servicing the needs of our customers. Based in Melbourne, you can also benefit from flexible working arrangements after training.

You will work to ensure the delivery of quality output, following Westpac protocol, policies and procedures when completing functional activities. This includes meeting KPIs for Quality Assurance and ensuring your reporting is correct. You will also review data and do analysis for themes for the business to address.

As a Quality Analyst, you will work both with your team and autonomously. You will be effective in building strong relationships with the Risk team, Team Leaders and Senior Managers to identify present and future still development needs.

What do I need?

You will have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment looking at trends, doing quality analysis along with proven experience prioritising, making decisions and managing your own time. Adapting to our changing workplace will come easily to you.

You will have ability to manage multiple priorities by being well organised and having strong time management skills. You will have positive proactive attitude and champion the Westpac vision and values. In addition, the below requirements will be highly regarded:

  • Experience in banking/ lending with a strong attention to detail
  • Clear verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Experience in a quality related role will be advantageous
