About the role:

The Product Administrator sits within the Product, Pricing and Propositions team. The Purpose of this role is managing query and supporting the delivery of regular product communications and operational activities to internal and external stakeholders. This is a multi-product role, including master trust and portfolio services.

  • Experience working in the financial services industry, particularly superannuation or insurance
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to read and understand complex documents
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Show initiative and contribute to a continuous improvement environment
